50 years work experience primarily in heavy industrial construction to include cross country liquid and gas pipelines, fossil fuel power plants, pulp and paper mill construction, chemical plant, marine and crude oil storage terminals. Construction revamps and turnarounds in large refineries in the Gulf Coast, Texas and U.S. Many mandated ULSD projects.

Refineries worked include Shell Deer Park, Tx. Pasadena Refining-Pasadena, TX. Citgo Refining-Corpus Christi, Tx. Delek Refining-Tyler, Tx. Alon Refining-Big Springs, Tx. Calumet Refining-Shreveport-La. Wyoming Refining-Newcastle, Wy.

Worked as Construction Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Gulf Coast Area Manager and Director of Construction and Turnarounds. Also functioned as Engineering Construction and Constructability Liaison for various projects.

Principal of Link 3 Inc. with focus on consulting, sourcing and negotiating purchasing of surplus process plant assets and complete refineries. Over saw the dismantlement, transport, storage and refurbishment activities of various refineries. Sourced and negotiated the purchase of the Chevron Refinery in Colon Panama, Cibro Refinery in Albany New York as well as the purchase of multiple process units from Valero Corpus Christi and Port Arthur Texas.

Coordinated the refurbishment activities for process units and equipment with engineering groups to applicable codes and standards.
